When you upgrade your computer from one version of Operating system to another, then some of the features might not work.

I would suggest you to download the Lenovo VeriFace driver from the manufacturer’s website.

i have the same issue on an edge15.

this is not a driver issue its a removed application issue.

Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update. Click the Driver tab to view more information about the driver. To attempt to update the driver for the presently viewed device using the Windows device manager, click the Update Driver button. Click Search automatically for updated driver software. Aug 20, 2015  windows 10 will install its own drivers, so you just install the necessary lan or wlan drivers and update win10 right after win8.1 installed all updates. You should search for newer win10 drivers on the hadwares´webpages after the update.

Thank you for you reply but it's not driver issue all the hardware and camera working fine the problem is one of Lenovo Utilities software call Veriface have been removed. Although the pri-installation report show everything compatible with Windows 10.

Hi,

According to Lenovo, upon updating to Windows 10 some applications will be uninstalled (or rendered useless). Lenovo is aware and should be working on newer versions of the apps. Until then you'll have to live without them.

Drafix cad windows 10. However the macro language is not as complicated as C.The range of functions and access to the drawing database is excellent. The command syntax is consistent and quite easy to learn.

NO, NO, NO it did not help and it is very disturbing to hear you just lightly tell all Lenovo computer clients, Sorry, But when you upgrade, some of your features will not work.VERIFACE is a primary dedicated software strictly adhere to Lenovo and under no upgrade scenario should it have been affected, never. You can't use HELLO cause you need a infrared camera which is expensive but the funny thing is Lenovo is offering that Camera for $100 which smells of collusion.

it is really frustrating that Lenovo does not have a win10 Version of veriface! does anybody of you in this threat know a link where to download this Software? - on my lap it was not only de-installed, I also have no more install Version of it.

I am sure Lenovo will not care about a win10 Version, because they will want to sell new laps with this new 3d camera, what is then necessary for the Microsoft face check Software coming.

I am checking what software is better for me: 'Rohos face logon' or 'Keylemon Login'. I tried both on win10, and both work very fine like Veriface before on win8.1. I will decide after testing some days, but I am sure one of them will make me happy!

Thank you Judiwo, I a just downloaded Keylemon, I hoope it works well. Anyhow, thanks again. will send a feedback for everyone's reference, once I test it for few days. BTW Rohos site didn't open so I took this as a sign to use Keylemon! :)
